Hi everyone, After reading all those posts on the Bay Shore roller rink it really brought back memories, especially seeing some of the names of people I grew up with like Kevin, Scotty, Lisa. It would be a great thing for the rink to reopen and if investors is all that's needed, I'm sure that there are many people that would jump on board to make it roll again. Bob

After reading the Long Island Business News, it seems that Sept 2008 they're tearing down the rink to build their new thing, so much for resurrecting the rink ...

Does anyone have any new information on the Roller Rink, I am an Islip resident and a father of two boys who I would love to see have the experiences I did as a child at the Roller Rink. One of my sons is currently 15 and I constantly here him and his friends asking the question what do we do tonight. having a place like the rink back would be great.
Any information on its current state would be appreciated I have a few people interested in the project but obviously we are not alone.
